When you choose to use the services of Pets Best Friend, we will arrange a suitable time to meet for an initial consultation in your home (depending on the service you require).

Arrangements are tailored to meet your needs & the needs of your pets. We will need your contact details (we do not pass any details to 3rd parties). We will also need your pets' details including feeding, exercise, medication, vet details etc.

Then you can relax knowing that your pets are in safe, professional, experienced hands, we will care for them as if they were our own.

As we look after & walk all dogs ourselves, we can not guarantee that we will be available if you just 'turn up' to view facilities, it is for this reason we ask that you make an appointment, business hours apply.

1. Leave the motorway at Moira head straight through the town centre, follow the road straight to Lurgan.
2. Turn left at the lights following the sign "Gilford 7 miles", 100yards from lights at the small roundabout take the 2nd exit for Gilford.
3.Follow this road straight into Gilford.
4. At the mini roundabout at the end of Gilford town turn right towards Tandragee, 100 yards on right take the Stramore Road approx 1.5 miles & turn left onto Birch Grove .

The small print
* 50% non refundable deposit required to secure booking.
* For all boarding Business hours strictly apply weekdays 0900-1800hrs, saturday & sunday 10am-12pm. Strictly no pick up/drop off on bank holidays including-
      easter, 12th/13th July, christmas day, boxing day, or new years day. Christmas, Boxing day & New Year supplement applies. Limited opening christmas eve & new years eve
* Pick up /drop off & viewing - by appointment only. Customers are requested to arrive at the agreed time, if you are late it reduces the time we can spend caring
     for your pets.
* For all types of boarding proof of up to date vaccinations (including kennel cough) will be required for each stay.
* Our rates are charged by the DAY and not by the NIGHT. The day of arrival counts as day one regardless of arrival time, if you collect your dog before 11am on the day of
     departure you will not be charged for that day.
* Pet sitting / Dog walking strictly between 0730- 1930hrs outside these hours supplement applies.
*  Emergency requests -less than 48hrs notice will incur additional charge.
* In the event of early return, full booking duration payable.
* In the event of an emergency eg pet requiring veterinary treatment/burglary, an hourly rate will be charged for the pet sitters additional time.
* If the pet requires veterinary treatment the nearest vet may be used which may not be the pets' registered vet.
* During pet sitting, if other persons have keys to your property Pets Best Friend will not be held liable for any loss/damage.
*  Pets Best Friend will not grant access to your property or be responsible for 3rd parties eg trades people, even if requested to do so. With the exception of emergency services.
* During pet sitting, if the pet has access to outdoors or you permit us to walk your dog without a lead, Pets Best Friend will not be responsible for any loss.
