 WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY Needing somewhere to leave our beloved pet whilst we went on vacation, Birch Grove was recommended to us by a friend who lived locally. On our initial visit we were met by Dawn, who proved to be a natural pet lover who was both energetic and enthusiastic as she showed us around the kennels. July 2008, as we headed off on our holiday we knew that Holly our Border Collie (18 months old) was in safe hands. Not to be disapointed Holly sent us several Text messages to say she hade made lots of friends and that the food and company were most enjoyable and that she had a huge field to run around in daily. We (Holly & I) have no hesitation in recommending these kennels to anyone who needs their mind put at ease, and we will definately be using this superb vacility again. Next time we will be staying ourselves and sending Holly away on holiday instead Ha, Ha! Many thanks for everything Dawn. Thank you for looking after our two crazy collies, Cody and Clicquot, in April. We were very anxious about leaving them in kennels for the 1st time but they loved it (and their manners have improved!). We have already recommended Pets Best Friend to other friends and we will certainly book our two pampered pets in again as well. Thanks For years our holidays have been restricted to places where Sam could go with us. After seeing the facilities at Birch Grove, we felt very content to go away for a 3 day break & leave him. When we collected him he was quite relaxed & it was obvious that he had been treated like one of the family. We can now check out the holiday brochures, knowing that we have found exceptionally good kennels where Sam can have a stress free stay while we're away. Desmond & Elizabeth This is the first time we have used Pets Best Friend & it certainly won't be the last. Our Shih Tzu Clancy had a great time & we were able to enjoy our holiday knowing he was in good hands. Clancy was treated like one of their own. We would not leave him with anyone else now! Alex & Val We are very happy to see how Lunas is getting on with the other dogs. He looks very happy & healthy & the pictures are great. Thank you. Martina,Katy&Alex After we visited, we were absolutely delighted as their love of dogs & animals in general is patently obvious. There are good facilities at Birch Grove with lots of space for walks & romping about. I have no hesitation in recommending Birch Grove, it is run very professionally & they are very dedicated to their "residents" & will do all in their power to make their stay a happy one, stress free for both the pet & its' owners. It is wonderful to have found such a great place & are in no doubt at all that we will be using Birch grove & their services again. E.Curran & Leah  Just a very quick thank you on behalf of Toby. When we returned to collect him last week, it was as if he didn't want to come home; this is in stark contrast to other kennels. Although the kennels he was taken to before are extremely good, the freedom allowed in the fields and contact with other dogs is brilliant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Birchgrove to anyone, but not too much as I would like Toby to be able to go back anytime! I was very pleased & impressed how 'Pets Best Friend' handled the whole arrangement of taking care of Monty. They go out of their way to make sure the pet & owner are happy. Monty seemed thoroughly happy & well looked after. I would recommend the service to anyone & will hopefully be using the service in future. Sam After searching for weeks to find a suitable place for our dog spikey to stay, we came across Pets Best Friend. Once we had visited, we were more than happy for him to stay. After we picked him up, he was so much happier than he usually is when we collect him from kennels, he didn't seem overly eager to leave! I loved the attention he received & the environment, the huge field & woods.The pictures on the web were lovely to see, he obviously had a whale of a time. Not only would we use them again, but would definately recommend them without a doubt, I know that in future we'll have no worries leaving him. Annette, Nick & Spikey.
